The food is picked up by you. Once you've placed your order, FTF kitchen prepares it in 20-30 minutes and sends a notification when it's ready to be picked up.
Yes! You can schedule orders in advance and choose any pick-up date and time.
As long as the Kitchen has not yet started preparing your order, you're able to cancel your order. If the restaurant has already started preparing your order and you want to cancel, please contact us; you can do this in order Help as well.
Food is packaged in environmentally friendly containers or bags depending on the type of food ordered to keep it safe and spill-free.
We have a dedicated team that looks after your entire experience from the moment you place. However, we do understand that sometimes things might go wrong. If this is the case, you can write to our customer service team and report any issues.
You can add or change your order before we start preparing it through the FTF website or app.
We only take card payments because it lets us provide you with the best possible experience. It creates a safer and faster working environment.
